Decoupage technique on a porcelain bjd

This technique was realized cutting out little motifs from paper napkins and fixed to the porcelain surface using a vitrifiable varnish in a conventional oven . It is a very versatil technique that provides a great range of patterns that can be mixed together. In this case i wanted to obtain a kind of bizarre carnivale character, using the blue motifs as tattoos on her skin and the other motifs as a corset and boots. There is a lot more work to do on this doll, since the wig, the mask and other accesories must be finished. Also the details on the boots and the corset needs to get a proper finish.
